This app is a periodic reminder for practices and activities.

It acts as a notifier cycles, allowing you to perform any activity or practice in each cycle.

Features:
- Compatible with dark mode;
- Customizable cycle time (from 00:00:01 to 23:59:59);
- Optional practice time with customizable time;
- Options to silence by time and by day of the week;
- Automatic start and stop option;
- Notification option with sound even in silent mode, with possibility to maximize the sound volume;
- Several sound options for the beginning and end of each practice;
- Several background sound options to listen to during practice.

Utilities:
- Full Attention Practice: set the interval of reminders (eg every 2 hours) and the time to be fully present (eg 2 minutes).
- Pomodoro Technique: Establish work sessions (eg 25 minutes) and breaks (eg 4 minutes).
- Physical activities: Establish activity and rest cycles. For example, 3 minutes to jumping rope and rest for another minute.
